Seabourn Sojourn will return to Alaska and British Columbia next summer with a lineup of 11-, 12- and 14-day voyages. Ten departures are scheduled from June to October.

“There is so much wilderness and wildlife to see and discover in Alaska and British Columbia, and our guests can’t get enough of it,” said Chris Austin, SVP global marketing and sales, adding that Seabourn is excited to be heading north in 2019 for the third year in a row.

Itineraries include “Ultimate Alaska Sojourn,” an 11-day voyage northbound from Vancouver, BC, to Seward. Destinations include Ketchikan, Sitka, Haines/Skagway and Juneau, as well as scenic cruising to Tracy/Endicott Arm and Misty Fjords. Departures are June 7, July 14 and Aug. 20.

“Ultimate Glacier & Fjord Adventure” is a 14-day southbound cruise from Seward to Vancouver. The voyage begins with scenic cruising of Kenai Fjords and Aialik Glacier before visiting Alaska’s marquee ports and adding Prince Rupert and the First Nations villages of Klemtu and Alert Bay in British Columbia’s Inside Passage. Departures are June 18, July 25 and Aug. 31.

A 12-day round-trip Vancouver voyage, “Ultimate Alaska & Inside Passage,” visits Sitka, Ketchikan, Wrangell and Juneau in Alaska and traverses the Canadian Inside Passage to Prince Rupert, Klemtu and Alert Bay en route back to Vancouver. Departures are July 2, Aug. 8, Sept. 14 and Sept. 26.

Guided zodiac and kayak tours directly from the ship

All the 2019 voyages will offer optional, for-charge Ventures by Seabourn shore excursions featuring guided Zodiac cruising and kayak excursions launched directly from the ship, as well as hiking and wildlife viewing. These excursions are led by Seabourn Sojourn’s expedition team of naturalists and science, wildlife and historical experts, who also interact with passengers via complimentary, formal presentations and on deck, over meals or at leisure.

Passengers will be treated to Seabourn all-weather jackets, a “Caviar on the Ice” deck party and other special deck events.

Available before or after select voyages, the five-day “Denali Experience” is a fully escorted, custom-designed overland adventure that includes flightseeing in Denali National Park.

The season wraps with “Pacific Gold Coast,” an eight-day voyage on Oct. 8 from Vancouver to Los Angeles, with stops at Seattle, Victoria, San Francisco, Monterey and Santa Barbara.
