The Bravest, Phillips Cruises & Tours’ 127-foot, high-speed catamaran arrived at its new homeport in Whittier. Formerly in service with NY Waterway, the Bravest brings a legacy of daily ferry service and was one of the emergency responders during 9/11, providing transportation off Manhattan Island. Spaciously outfitted, the capacity on the Bravest will provide 286 guests with seating on two levels. “We are very pleased with the refit and commend the team led by Whittier Operations Manager Capt. Gary Sommerfeldl,” said Bob Neumann, company owner.
